I Felt the Earth Move
We just had an earthquake. 5.8, baby! And you know what, we're still here. A few books fell off the shelves, but I was the only person who hid under his desk like a five year old girl. So...good times.

Oh, Patrick, it just means you were the only one who remembered your elementary school days. (Ah, the world of duck-and-cover. Followed, once or twice, by a "disaster drill" that meant we spent half the day sitting in neat lines on the soccer field. Good times indeed.)
What's funny is that Patrick isn't from California, so he never had an earthquake drill! I guess I taught him well at home.
